Anh Dang experienced at a young age the challenges of caring for a senior loved one with special care needs, and understands firsthand how great caregiving can really make a difference. Anh’s experience has shaped the way CareWorks Health Services designs care services and works with clients and their families.

It’s important to us to find the right caregiver for each client who can turn stressful time into family time. As a California licensed home care organization, we take the hiring and training of our caregivers very seriously. All of our caregivers are thoroughly screened and interviewed before being hired, and go through a 10-hour specialized annual training session to improve their caregiving skills and senior care knowledge. Our caregivers also participate in specialized dementia and Alzheimer’s training courses provided by a nationally accredited continuing education academy to keep them proficient on their skills.
